SOME FAQ ABOUT DIY REPAIRS
DO YOU DO REPAIRS?
Unfortunately not. We are a site dedicated to helping others repair their own cell phones – we do not repair phones for them!
We are not a commercial enterprise and do not charge anyone for any service of any kind!
DO YOU RECOMMEND ANY ONE PRODUCT?
We do not recommend or give advice about what type of cell phone you should purchase. We do however review phones, which helps guide our customers to make the best decision for them.
DO YOU HAVE A FAVORITE SUPPLIER FOR PARTS?
Although our reviewers and writers may sometimes mention a supplier or website for a certain tool, we do not have one particular supplier or shop that we endorse.
We would advise readers to shop around and see what is available from various parts of the internet, before finding the supplier that suits them.
We would also advise readers to beware anything that is too cheap, as it may be too flimsy to do the job properly.
Quite often, a part which has been supplied as a replacement, may come with some very lightweight plastic tool, to install it. You might think about sourcing a better quality tool, if you want to be sure that you can definitely use it properly and use it more than once!
